Guess what, playing video games is childish no matter the age. Get over yourself and just enjoy great games. My switch has been my main system since March while my PS4 has collected dust. And with this fall releases, that isn’t going to change.
@zerohournow: I absolutely refuse to look at any guides on my first play through of any game. I try my best to not watch anything but a trailer or check of reviews of some games. But reviews are only for games I'm not sure about. Most games if I want it I'm just getting it.
Every time I see an article that is "blank" game is not coming to switch, I just want to say that metroid, Zelda, Mario, xenoblade, etc... not coming PS4, X1, and pc.
And now that rocket league coming with skyrim, then my PS4 will be collecting dust for quite a while.
Backwards compatibility is why I don't spend much on these "next gen" consoles. My pc has been backwards compatible since I can access and play steam games I owned years ago on PCS I used to have. My Wii U plays Wii games, which gives me like 10+ years of games. My 3ds plays ds games. But my PS3/4 don't and I don't own many games for them either. As for whether people play them...I play games no matter what graphics look like as long as it's a good game. I will never own an Xbox, but the X1 being backwards compatible almost makes me want it more then my PS4 since I could get tons of old games cheap then use them on an x1.
@hotgamer: well, in my opinion, games like army of 2 were shovelware when compared to gears of war or uncharted. And Wii sports is why millions, 100+ million people bought a Wii.
I was forced to watch this with the wife, and comparing it to other shows that are sad and depressing, like 6 feet under, so maybe American beauty...it's just as sad/depressing, it's just a teen drama that is geared directly towards the kids who would watch this, with a "b" level cast and story. It's going to be compared to the game doom when kids were killing each other in class and the world started crying about gaming. Parents need to pay attention to there kids lives before something happens and everyone is shocked.
