It is a fun game, but its and arcade racer. I don't think we should compare it with forza or GT. The game would be better if it didn't have all the Slow down.
Try a power cycle as well. Shut down your 360, computer, router and everything thats pluged into your router. Then unplug them all from the wall. Wait about 3 mins then plug everything back in and power it all up. Next make sure your 360 is on autodetect for your IP. If this dosen't work call microsoft.
