so.... just this weekend thats just past i spent at my church doing an "encounter weekend" and i'm going to start by saying that it was amazing, awesome, fantastic, p-h-e-n-o-m-e-n-a-l! loved every moment of it.... although of course it meant that i wasn't on the internet all weekend.. (must be some sort of a record for me) but it was still everything i said up there. :P

we spent the weekend really with a whole big group (about 20 - 25 of us) of us.. and i was great friends with about 1/2 the group and at the same time it was like we spent the weekend with one person. we had to choose partners and they had to be someone that you could trust.. so... as everyone expected... one of my best friends (susanna) and i went together. it was really cool.. we worshiped, learnt, took notes, and prayed for one another :D which was awesome. but at the same time we mucked around... with jordan, alex, jess, dana, kirsten, ivan, terence, lyndon and aaron during the breaks... (ok ok.. and also during the sessions :P ) and we watched vegie tales! [for those of you who dont know what that is.. its a kids cartoon-ish type show that isnt just funny but also tells and teaches bible stories using skits by a tomato called bob and a cucumber called larry :P]

altogether it was really cool, had an awesome time. and came back refreshed, encouraged and blessed. :D
