I am LOPOLO and I recently got my computer upgraded, now it is good enough to run Halo 2 Vista with everything on high. Now at any given time Halo 2 Vista has from 50-150 players playing online with it. Halo 2 for Xbox on the other hand has 3000+ on. Now here is why Halo 2 Vista is Better

*Better Graphics and supports widescreen Resolution.

*Included map editor which can be used to make multiplayer maps with.

*2 New exclusive maps that are only for the PC version. I know that the Xbox has their exclusive maps (Tombstone and Desolation), but none of them can be used for large scale conflicts effectively. The 2 for PC combine CQB elements and long range tactics. While the 2 for Xbox only have long range mainly.

*Large mapmaking community. Over 70 custom made maps.

*Custom Game Search.

*Achievements for the obsessed.

Most of those are essential to a PC port of an old game let alone a PC FPS. The Xbox version has this though.

*2 Player Co op.

*2-4 Player Splitscreen.

*Matchmaking with competative ranks.

Now Halo 2 is a great game on the Computer or on the Xbox, but if it came down to it i'd choose the PC version. The only sacrifice i would have to make with that decision is that there, at times, might not be any games to play with. Halo 2 for PC needs more players and just to say something about the graphics. With everything on Low, including resolution, it looks better on the PC than the Xbox version. I hope this makes you consider for getting Halo 2 for Windows Vista. Thanks for reading my first blog.
