This all reminds me of the time when those Halo 3 controllers came out. I remember I went to a gamestop in philadelphia and I was really into picking up one of these controllers. At the time, they were hard to come by and I couldn't find one anywhere. Well one time I went into a gamestop asking for one. Well the reaction I got was hilarious. Very slowly and awkardly he replied " Uhh nooo I don't think we got those in yet, we might have sold out " But when I took a peek at the glass case they have behind them, what do I see..a halo 3 controller but they had it hidden behind a piece of paper taped onto the glass. So I just smiled and pointed it out to my brother while we were in the store that they did infact have it. I made it loud enough to where they heard me but not to cause a scene. I few days later I just went to Wal-mart and picked one up. Gamestop employees tend to take the bonuses you get such as keychains and stuff for pre-orders.

Also, in shocking news, Gamestop employees also take home video games !... I know shocker but they do, they use it as a rental place and actually get away with it. And if anyone gamestop employee on these boards disagrees I beg to differ, I can show you the stores that a do it, names of employees. Several times I heard them say games were sold out...then talk about "returning" mentioned game. So rude.

Yeah but most of you are look at a system right NOW...seriously though, PS3 will come out with games more appealing to me...I just noticed how the 360 games don't stand up to single player games...I don't enjoy online gaming much and most games that come out for it...are online. Halo 3 I will miss out out but I don't buy systems for one game. And what a lot of people fail to realize is that ...I had this system since launch...and still wait for a true blue blockbuster game with a long story. Granted, the PS3 doesn't have one right now, even though Untold Legends is about 20-30 hours..name a game on 360 that long...you can't...I just get sick of buying this over hyped games to get home and beat it in two days ...just for someone to tell me HEY YOU GOT ONLINE TO GO ON !. Screw that, Its the same feeling I had with the original xbox . And yeah its sad that the PS2 is better then the 360 right now.

And its funny how you think I am bashing the system, I am totally not, its cheaper...has more games and a lot of great games coming to it, but it also has an appeal to gamers who are for online multiplayers, I for  one, am not. I like The random RPGS that you see when you go into a gamestop and such and be amazed by how good it is....and I assume the PS3 will have that plus other big know games, maybe God of war 3 and such. Its a waiting game for both systems and I would rather wait and play solid ps2 games and ps3 games with length instead of waiting and getting rock hard for six hours games.

After a couple of weeks of hard thinking...I realized the gaming selection the Xbox...wasn't for me. I know people don't care or will flame me but I just wanted to post this. I have had the system since launch and wasn't disapointed by the launch line up actually, it had alot of variety and good lengthy games. I basically owned all of the big games..even the small ones like King Kong and what not. Gears was a short game..Lost Planet was made for online what else...rainbow six was cool...and I don't know oblivion kept me going for a long time. But then what I realized I was doing...I was wastng my money..on games I didn't even want just to use my system.

King Kong..PDZ...not good..overrated...especially since I am not a big online gaming fan...but I paid for it got gold and stuff. So what did I do...I wound up watching my self play ps2 games...and having the time of my life, odd...for 120 dollar system I am having an awesome time. So my 360 sat for like...2 months. Until yesterday...I decided it was time get gaming. I know not much is out for it...but the little that is out...actually CAN compete with some 360 games...I know Untold Legends is basic...but its longer than gears...and Resistance...could be a halo killer if they want it to be with a second one. I mean how long do you have to wait for a GOOD LENGTHY GAME TO COME OUT !.

Anyway, I realized something...the 360 is a " bro " system. Its all flash...but no substance...It reminds me of those dudes off of harold and kumar who keep saying things are extreme. Thats how every game is on the system. To me, not right now, but in a little...REAL Gaming is going to happen on the PS3...and I want to be a part of it.

I just want to know if anyone has had these thoughts or starting to realize some of these things, I am not bashing the system...because it is a GREAT system it truely is...but...the games...aren't for REAL HARDCORE GAMERS...anyone else see this ?
