My 2006 60gb ps3 is still working but ive been looking into replacing the thermal paste, now that i think of it ive never had a console fail on me, only problems ive ever had was my 2600 power cord pretty much needs to be taped into the correct place to keep in from falling out.
Topic, basically. When I boot NetFlix, it just loads and loads never getting to the cue screen to stream anything... I can connect to PSN, but NetFlix seems to be on holiday...
... Got Issues too? Or is it just me? Midwest America location.

I think Netflix charges extra to use its services from the future.
It should be able to play everything but i know that there have been problems with certain firmware updates and bluray playback, for example older copies of Sunshine automatically turn on the video commentary after an update a year or two ago.
I have an old 40GB PS3 and I need more hard-drive space, so I figure I should just trade it in toward a new slim PS3.
But how can I transfer my game data, game saves and downloaded PSN games from my current PS3 to my new one?
I won't have both systems at the same time if that is what is needed because I would be trading one in toward the other.
If I HAVE to have both systems at the same time to do a transfer, then I can if necessary have them at the same time (maybe I will buy a the PS3 slim, do the transfer and then trade my old system in for credit or for games or something).

I upgraded the HDD in my 60gb a few years ago and i never had two ps3s at the same time so there is a way to do it...... i just dont remember how sorry
So the deal is $75 for a Move wand, eye, and some tech-demos disc now instead of $150 for same? Hmmm... I still don't have anything I wanna play with it on the store shelves, though. I would like it for "Time Crisis" but it only works with that newer game in the series (the older game needing a GunCon I'm pretty certain). "Ruse" is supposed to stink with it, I just don't know.

When's that "House of the Dead HD ReMix" come out? This is a great deal on the hardware but I simply don't see anything in the software that prods me into motion, if you'll excuse the pun. I posted awhile ago about lightgun games and how much I missed "Lethal Enforcers I & II"... I would go for a knock off of the old "Duck Hunt"... But I don't need it for any FPS (much rather use a controller)...
... If there were just a few killer apps for the hardware I would be sold.

Child of Eden alone is worth it for me, and im assuming RE4HD will use it in a similar way as it did with the wii, thats all i got tho.....
