Does this means they aren´t going to fix it?

There´s a problem with games that have the same name:

Ex:

Tomb Raider 1996 : http://www.gamespot.com/tomb-raider/

Tomb Raider 2013 : http://www.gamespot.com/tomb-raider/

If you search, you can´t find the 1996 version.

And in the (1996) review : http://www.gamespot.com/tomb-raider/reviews/tomb-raider-review-2549874/

Click the title of the game and it warps to the 2013 version.
