I have the full game, its nothing special TBH. A easy 6.5/10 for me but Im already predicting that majority of this board will hype it as the second coming of Jesus.... and stick to it after the release.

I enjoyed the demo but I don't think the final copy will be "the best PSP game ever". The gameplay is good, level design is bland and boring, has to many FFX characters (one is enough Tidus). I hope the story is alright though.

I agree that it wont be THE greatest psp game ever, but I think it will be one of the top ten.

This game is easily described as awesome. One issue though... Why is Sephiroth's sword twice as long as it should be? The sword got bigger in Kingdom Hearts, and now its even bigger. In whatever next game he comes out in its going to be the size of theSears Tower. But in anycase, the game is F****** Awesome! It has to be one of the best PSP games.

Fix'd.

How is that fixed? It was renamed. But anyhow, I think the game is great, and hope it becomes a future branch of Square's series. We could one day see Dissidia: Star Ocean or Dissidia: Dragon Quest. I think the series has a future.

Since I read that Dissidia: Final Fantasy was a downloadable game in Japan, I was wondering if they would (In the near future) support this game with addons through the PSN. The playable character list is an amazing 24 characters (I Think), but at the same time it is very basic. I am pretty sure many people (including me) would like to be able to use all those favorite side characters like Auron (FFX), Vincent (FFVII), or Irvine (FFVIII). What do you guys think?

that would be great but i herd that they were making some apperances non playable but they talk. And as for the roster you were close theres 22 characters 10 villians and 10 heros plus 2 hidden characters. I hope they make extra add ons along the way.

Ah, well now I wand DLC even more. I thought there were 24 because the wikipedia lists 24 different characters, I guess they are not all playable characters. As for Costumes and music, I don't remember there being many costumes in the final fantasy series unless you count some weird moments, such as the famous FF7 scene when trying to go "rescue" Tifa (that would be way to weird). I would in the other hand like to see alot of music too and though most of my knowledge about this game is through the playable demo, I would like to see tons of different arenas and weapons too.

How about the new OS that is coming out? Supposedly it is going to be lighter (though I wonder of compatability with software). Since the pc I got was purchased recently I qualified for the free Windows 7.

But leaving the OS aside. What are some of the best free to play online games out there? I know Battlefield Heroes is ok, but are there any other good ones (beside MMORPGs like mapple story and Ragnarok)?

And anybody know if this pc will run Burnout Paradise well?

Well, personally, I've never had problems with vista. But changing to XP, would mean purchasing a new OS and if I want games... well money has to go somewhere. Anyhow, so I take that I have time to up my two gigs a bit before I seriously need it.

Awesome, thanks for all of your suggestions. I am interested in some of them, but I was wondering if the games will run fine on the pc, I am running Vista BTW. I wanted to give burnout, the orange box, left 4 dead, unreal 3, and mass effect a try, but I wonder if they would play well since they are fairly new games (I have been out of pc gaming for about 3 years now, so I am not sure how resource intensive the games are). I do own the old 3D gta trilogy, Sins of a Solar empire, and Need for Speed Carbon.

Now I do have questions about some of the games from the lists. What exactly is Demigod? I have seen some videos but I don't get it at all; is it a diablo type game And is Civilization 4 as good as Sins of a Solar Empire?

Since I am running Vista, do you guys think the RAM will get on my way a lot (since it will be some time until I am able to afford to buy any gaming quality RAM).

Thanks for all your help!

Ok so I just got new laptop with what I think is gaming quality.
Specs: Video card - 512 Nvidea 9800m GT
Processor - intel core 2 duo t9500 2.6Hz [6mb cache 800MHz FSB)
RAM - 2 Gigs (I know sucks, I will upgrade later)

I am interested in almost any genre (shooters, rpgs, racing, etc). I want good games that will run on my pc, and that its not in a position where just buying the console version is better. Thanks for any help!
