It time to take a stand

In case you haven't heard, activision will be charging gamers 15 dollars for their new map pack that comes out at the end of the month. It includes 3 new maps, with 2 old ones from call of duty 4. Battlefield bad company 2 will also be releasing 2 new maps on the same day, and there free. With both of the being great games, I dont see why activision would charge gamers 15 dollars when they could get something for free from a game that is equally as good. this to me just proves that activision is only out for one thing, your money. While their's nothing wrong with trying to make a profit, ripping people off just says a lot about your company. Why charge me an extra for 2 old maps that i've already played to death on cod4? Those should just be free, and the new 3 maps be 800 points (10 dollars). I THINK ITS TIME WE AS GAMERS TAKE A STAND AND TELL ACTIVISION WE WONT ACCEPT THIS BY BOYCOTTING THE MAP PACK. THATS RIGHT, TAKE A STAND, DONT BUY IT.

Battlefield Bad Company 2 First Impressions

I just got this game on tuesday and I must say that I'm really enjoying it. I've really only been playing the multiplayer, so I cant really say much about the single player. If you like multiplayer military shooters you'll love this game. I haven't had this much fun with a multiplayer shooter since CoD 4 came out. If you have the time I would reccomend that you check it out, you wont been disappointed.

Did You Miss Me??? ^_^

Well I'm back, and the number one question is probably where have I been? I mean its been 5 months since my last blog, so I guess I've got some explaining to do for me being gone for so long. Well if you don't know I am a senior in high school and I've been very busy with college applications and things of that nature, and now it's finally over. I finally figured out where I'll be going to college, and I even have figured out how to pay for it. I'll be attending Morehouse College down in Atlanta, Georgia in the fall, and I will be doing the Navy ROTC while I'm there. So now that I basically have everything covered for school I got some extra time on my hands, and I thought I should come back to gs and say hi to everyone I used to talk to. I hope everything has been going well since we lasted talked, let me know what I've missed since I've been gone ^_^

Oh no!!! School!!!

Yes that time of the year is opon us again and school is back. This is my last year in high school so its time for me to get serious and start looking at colleges to go to. I don't want it to start, but then again the more school days that go by the closer we get to modern warfare 2 ^_^

Batman: Final thoughts

Well I beat batman already, it took me a total of about 12 hours, and I'm still enjoying it. Even after I beat it there's still a lot to do. The world of batman is so much fun to explore that you'll really want to do all the extra riddler challenges you can do throughout the game. You'll see a lot of batmans enemies and learn a lot of things if your not completly into the batman comics. I'm still really enjoying it and highly reccomend it to everyone. If I get time i will be writing a review for it hopefully soon.

Batman is awesome

Just got the brand new game, and I must say that its really good. Finally a batman game that does him some justice. Even if your not a batman fan for some reason I still say its a game thats worth playing because its just fun to play. The game really makes you feel like your batman, and that's just awesome. Loving the game so far and will let you guys know what I think after I beat it.

Whoa he hasn't been on in a while

Well where have I been? Haven't been on in almost a month due to my vacations and little problems, but I'll let everyone know what I've been up to besides playing videogames Been working Went to Disney world for 2 weeks, that was a lotta fun Was in California for a weeks, some more fun I totaled my car in an accident, yeah that wasn't as fun

R.I.P. Michael Jackson

Wow man, just wow. I can't believe that he's gone. I mean it was just so sudden and I don't think anyone was really expecting it. Say what you want about the man, there's no denying the effect he had on the music industry. He had so much influence on music, and there are so many artist that owe Michael Jackson homage for laying a foundation for them to follow. Michael had a real impact on not just music I listen to but also my life, and he will be missed. R.I.P. Michael Jackson 1958-2009

Finally I got it back

Yes its true, I got my xbox back yesterday, and I'm so happy. It's been forever since I've been on my xbox, and now that I got it back I've been playing like crazy. So now if you don't have me as a friend on xbox live make sure to add me ^_^

Is realism a bad thing?

I say that with a game that I've been following on the ps3, heavy rain. I know that the game looks great and will probably be awesome, but it really got me thinking, can too much realism hurt a game? While I know that games what to be in touch with reality, most people like myself play videogames to escape from reality and get lost in a completly different world. What I guess I'm saying is that realism in gaming I think shouldn't been the main point in a game. You hear developers talk all the time that they were trying to make their game so realistic, and I'm just thinking who cares about relality, it's a videogame. I know with games like Madden, Fight Night, and Military Shooters they all go for realism, but what ever happened to a games that had crazy weapons and features that competly said screw reality. Just what I've been thinking about for a little while. What do you think? P.S. I am looking forward to heavy rain and think it's going to be awesome, don't take it the wrong way ^_^
