But for both killzone 3 and god of war 3 i think they were really improved in graphics , gameplay , voice acting , than the first ones , and they are sequels to their stories ... SO HOW COME xD ?

Metal Gear Solid 4 did get a 10. The game is the best for the genre at that time and the things it did well far outweighed the things it did wrong. Even though you may have not liked the cut scenes, a lot of people did. Trophies weren't out when the game was released. I hear people talk about how much they enjoy the online, so even though you may not have been a big fan I know people who love it. I don't know what you are talking about with the barrel, I haven't played the game so I don't understand if you are talking about the barrel in multiplayer or single player.

It's hard to rate games out of 10. When you look at the complexity of a game, the sound, the graphics, the gameplay, the level design. It's hard to think "How does the awful sound effect the game, is it not a big deal. Oh wait, a couple of the levels were really bad, how should that effect it?" etc. The games don't start at 10 and lose points, it's the other way around. The reviewers say it's more the opposite that it starts at 0, even though that's not entirely correct either.

I gotta tell ya, I'm in no hurry to get this new game (though I will, eventually cuz I want it - But pro'ly not until WELL into 2011). If you think about it, all the stiffies who were glotting the other CoDs all drained over to the new game, so there are fewer whackamoles playing the older titles in the series now... So it's like, the Salad Days for all of the other games.

We can all enjoy the online for those games again, now...
