Unfortunately anything man made does have a tendency to break. Your under warranty so it shouldn't be a big deal. It's not when something break, but how a company choices to handle it that I pass judgement on.
Second hand game selling hurts the developers cause they don't make anything on the second sell of the disc. I do not think the industry is 100 percent ready for the merge. There are still some quirks that need ironing out to insure a pleasant downloading experience. Downloading a game that takes 2-4 days is crazy. Another problem is with data caps. I do feel when the time is right, we will see price drops to push everyone to the digital library. The developer would benefit even tho they are making less per sale, but come out ahead cause they wouldn't lose a sale from second hand selling.
You can't go wrong either way; I'd look at 2015 exclusives and see which ones I wanted to play. 2nd would be which console my friends had. Graphic wise shouldn't be enough to tell the difference at this point in the generation.
gamers bashing other gamers; either from their game of choice or the system they choice to play it on. It is a hobby and we should support each other even if our opinions differ. The the trash talk over an online game would be my 2nd choice
