Not it's not. So it's preferable to buy a good heat sink to overclock the CPU right?

Because if I can upgrade my rig it would be the GPU because there is not enough money for the CPU.

I'm not sure if prices will decrease or if a better one will appear or something so I have the chance to buy a good one now or do I just wait. Also there is no possibility of Desktop because of my situation the only viable way is buying a Laptop. I know I get much more power with a Desktop but Laptop is the only way.

ASUS is $1,126.00 but plus FREEBIES is Free Shipping and $200 off rebate so the final price would be $926.00

Now the MSI is $1,075.00with NO FREEBIES and NO FREE SHIPPING but it's got a GTX 560m

So?
