the cable i have is here, but i tried doing what you did, didnt work, can anyone please help me?

thanks, i have the cable, but when i plugged them in, i cant get a picture, and since i dont have a tv, how am i supposed to change the display settings, i turned the ps3 of and turned it on again, but held it until it beeped again to reset the settings, and still no picture, any help?

nope, not working, checked all channels, just says no signal

Ok, so, i went out and i bought an hdmi to dvi cable, plugged it into the ps3, and then into the monitor, but i get no signal whatsoever!

Ok, so heres the deal:

I just recently bought a HD lcd monitor, here, and a vga to component converter, here, so that i could play ps3 on a monitor.

When i plugged the component cables into the adapter, i turned on the ps3 and the monitor on, and i clicked source about fifty time, but it couldnt find a signal, any help?
