For a group studying the effects of video game violence in the real world, they're drawing a lot of premature conclusions. Who's to say the video game violence doesn't quell violence in the real world. Also, what about those who are using weapons for sport? wouldn't it make sense that the more visceral act of shooting a REAL weapon would more likely encourage someone to go around shooting people? This study should take longer than the next s.o.u. address, assuming they don't strictly use gamers as their test subjects.
