Would anyone suggest out there that would make oblivion run smoother for my computer?

Currently my specs are

AMD 64 4000+ 2.4GHz

1.2 gigs of ram

NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GT 256 mb 

I want it to run smooth and on around medium-high settings
