Time for another blog because its Monday, I am hung over and sore from a 10k mud run I did on Saturday and bbqing and chilling at the pool all day Sunday...

I finally got tired of my Wii and sold it, 10 games, 4 controllers, and the fit board to buy a xbox 360 slim. It was the best choice ever, didnt get much for the Wii, but the batteries were corroded in the fit board and controllers, so it was  definately a good choice. My new girlfriend is into gaming, mainly Gears and Army of Two, so thats been fun gaming together.

The 360 controllers are sweet, because you can customize them. In true Microsoft fashion, they are shitty and have standard probliems, left bumper breaking due to shitty design, but you do a lot with the shells and some soddering.

It has been quite a while since I lasted posted. I have had a couple of girlfriends, a few jobs, and had to move back in with my parents...but just got a new job that will actuall pay the bills, the debt, for me to move out of my parents house, and have a little left over. I am also working out with a personal trainer to get my fat ass back in shape and back on the board, surf and snow.

I have also purchased a few games from Steam Tropico 4 and GOG Evil Genius. I love how you can get great deals on Steam, but cant stand you bascially need an internet connection and never truly own the games, but did I mention they were cheap?

GOG is awesome and inexpenise, not too many new games, but they are mostly classics. you can't win them all but at this moment I am ahead which is nice and playing some fun and inexpensive pc games.

So about a year and a half ago, my now ex-girlfriend talked me into buying a nintendo wii. We figured it would be a lot of fun to play together and her nieces and nephews as well as mine who are, 4 to 10, could play most of the games and really enjoy them. That and playing mario kart hammered/stoned is always fun with friends.

Now I am sure that most gamers have figured out by now, that the wii is ANYTHING BUT a real GAMING machine. Now its a been almost two years since I bought it by now, but I havent played it much, since I had an xbox 360 and did all of my real gaming on that. About 6 months ago my 360 got the RROD and of course f@cking microsoft said I was out of warranty and wouldnt fix it. Go figure, so I sold it and I am waiting til my next paycheck to buy a new 360. Anyway that mean that I have been trying to use the wii as my gaming machine.

Freaking nintendo did absolutly nothing new compared to the gamecube, which i hated. yes it has the fun games and motion sensor sh!t, but dollar for dollar, it costs justs as much as the 360 or PS3 and the majority of games just flat out suck. Now i am sure most people already know all of this, but i just figured this out tonight, and thought I should rant and rave about it. Not that it is going to do me any good, but it really is a POS system that, in MY opinion...failed to live up to its hype.

So I am writing this on my gamespot blog since no one reads this and I can type whatever the **** I want.

I currently weigh somewhere around 262 give or take 2 pounds. I am graduating on May 16 and I have about a week to lose ten pounds and hit 250. I have done it once years ago, but don't know if it can happen again.

Today I ate okay, not great, but alright. I did 45 minutes of cardio, swimming a little over 2000 yards. The most I have swam in **** knows how long. Last two times I swam I did 500, then 1000 yards. I doubled that today, which felt good, but super sore and I had to stretch out my neck a good amount. I really need to work on my neck and specifically my left shoulder as well. Don't want that to give me problems again. I have given up alchohol, soda, fried food, and sugar products, i.e cookies and **** although I did have soda and cookies today. I really need to get my **** in gear and ****ing move.

Work: oh man, its going good, crazy, really need to pick it up and ****ing shine. Gotta step up and like i did last week and keep itup. Oh well its a learning process and I am not getting paid, so yeah. I also gotta put out a ****load of resumes this week as well. Time to ****ing shine and get my **** done.

After waiting 3 years I finally purchased a new computer that can run all of the new shooters on the market (far cry 2, crisis, fall out 3, etc.) so i decided that since it could run those games just fine i would try an older (2006) space flying game or whatever the hell you want to call it. So i got darkstar on since my old computer couldn't run it. i have just got done playing it for 3 hours and it is a good game, but not great. I grew up playing wing-commander privateer and fell in love with those types of games.

Since then there have a been a few games that have come close, think freelancer, and darkstar one was supposed to be a great game, where you could fly as han solo. I gotta be honest with you here, it was a gigantic disappointment. the game wasn't horrible, but it just wasn't as good as privateer. even after all of these years, i still compare everything to privateer. the controls were so much simpler and easier to you use. darkstar one has a lot of great things in it that are better than freelancer for example, but freelancer's control scheme make life so much easier. I am not really impressed with darkstar so far. mainly just really disappointed. like i said, its good game, but not great. wish they would make a new privateer game, that as bad ass.

So this semester i joined a CO-Ed business fraternity thinking that it would be a great @$@!ing idea. Wrong, the ratio of guy to girls is 1-5, so you think that would be great right??? wrong again, its is the most unorganized, unprofessional, !#$@ed up thing i have ever done. I am so pissed right now, and i am writing on this blog because no one will read it, and i wont get in trouble for Bi@#ing about the how F234ed up it is. The girls are nothing but f@#$ing drama and c@ck teases. I ahvent even been able to play any video games because of all the D@#m events that i have to go to that are lame as f@#k

so now that finals are finally over, i decided that it was time to take a look at my xbox game collection. out of the 28 or so xbox games that i currently have here at my apartment, not including the ones at my other house, i have beaten only 8 of the 28 games that iown.

i just finished dungeons and dragons: heroes. finally beat the game. one of the few games that i own, that i have played all the way through. not a bad game, but a little repetitive though. not too much imagination in the gameplay.

just got done playing delta force: blackhawk down... what a horrible game. bad graphics, gameplay, and music. wouldnt buy it

I just purchased transworld surf and kelly slater's pro surfer. transworld surf is a more realistic game than kelly slater, but not nearly as much fun, and a hell of a lot more frustating. I would recommend kelly slater over transworld any day. the game is much better, as is the story, gameplay, and everything else.
