Does anyone know where I can get authentic, xbox game cases? A few of mine are busted and I want to replace them.

I hope it does. I sent my 360 in for the three flashing red lights. They sent me a refurbished model instead of repairing mine. The one they sent me didn't overheat but had a defective disc drive which scratched my discs. I called customer service twice and even spoke to a supervisor and was given the same answer both times: Microsoft does not replace third party discs. I explained that I knew this already but felt that since I was sent a product with a defect that the original product didn't have that I should be reimbursed. Same answer. Also, all of the people I spoke to didn't know a damn thing about the product or it's games.
