I'm still here! But I share the same sentiments about GS. This community is very different now. I won't comment on how I really feel, but my attention has gone to other places. I follow more people on Youtube these days than anything else.

I'll look for you on those other sites and try to comment when I can. I'm on the verge of starting my own YouTube channel and Twitch, but I'm about 2 months out. Need a new PC. I'll keep you posted on that.

I just realized I still haven't posted anything in all of 2016 so far, lol. I actually do have several scripts written, but for some reason still haven't posted them yet. Maybe I should get on that... Anyway, GameSpot effectively killed their blogging scene when they introduced the new interface and most importantly got rid of the featured blogs section. That was what originally got me interested in blogging because it was a great way to get exposure and actually have people read my content. Nobody likes to write for a blog that no one's going to read, and GameSpot had a great method of encouraging people to write with the potential to get featured, but now all that's gone and if people want to find your blog they have to really dig through the site or just happen to click on your profile when they randomly come across your posts in the comments sections of articles; it's not exactly an elegant way of finding new blogs. I've been thinking of moving my content again to Destructoid because I hear they'll sometimes feature blogs from their community on their main pages, but still haven't gone through the motions yet to look into that further.

I hope you'll still stick around somewhere and blog; if not at GameSpot then somewhere else. I enjoyed talking with you on lots of game related stuff. Good luck man.

God damnit. For a minute I thought Gamespot was slowly getting better. Oh well, I'll miss you man. You're easily one of the best users I've on this site, as well as on any site come to think of it. You took interest in my reviews years ago, and I wouldn't be here without you. You'll be sorely missed.
