Oh, if they know Japanese then I could see why they might want you to know a bit. There's a ton of sites if you google Japanese phrases, which should help you a bit. Only problem is if a Japanese person tries to talk to you, you won't understand what they're saying.

Okay, I'm in need of an online english to japanese translator. But I can't read kanji or hiragana(sp?), so I need the translation to be in english characters. ex. Hello--->Konechiwa
