It would have been flip-flopping if they had actually released the console with the "anti-consumer" ( It never really was btw) features, it was (is) a console in development, things change.

As I said you aren't going to get a list, will depend on the context. Wait so can you or cant you call somebody or a group of people a peasant? I've been told straight out by a moderator that I can not call anyone or any group of people peasants, or i will be moderated. This is straight from a PM from a moderator too, would you like me to post the PM? (yes ive been moderated many times for calling people peasants or plebs) Also when I report someone for saying "peasant" nobody gets moderated.
It differs between users, some people can get away with murder, others best not stray from that white line.
The beauty of a ToU with a bunch a vague rules, I know they havn't been set in stone yet, but just watch it's going to be just like the old ToU, some people will get struck out quickly and some will have some sort of diplomatic immunity.
Got to level 7, but boy was it a pain. Constant disconnects, very slow load times, lots of load times, inability to play with certain friends games. Total clusterduck.
