Cheers for the info, guys. The adaptors seem to cost around £50 for a 200VA one, combined with the hassle of returns.......meh. It's probably not worth it.

If the XBO is region free, does that mean I can import one from the US and play it here in the UK? It costs £100 less in the US.
Or is it just games I could import?
So if I were to write "Everyone who plays on a Wii is gay I'd get banned? Even though gay means happy and full of joy? And I would just be commenting on how happy Wii owners are playing on their machines? It's not my fault you people have forgotten the true meaning of certain words in this overly PC age we live in.
[QUOTE="deathmetalgod"]Getting a bit touchy cos I insulted the Wii aren't we? I just don't like the control scheme on the Wii and think the 360 has better games. What's wrong with that? I'm not allowed to voice a negative opinion of the Wii on a Wii message board?
I've played Mario and Zelda amongst a few others and they are both excellent games, but I much prefer 3PS and FPS games played with a regular pad. Not to mention sports and driving games played with a regular pad. Some of the Wii games would be better if Nintendo just released a damned normal pad to play them on.
Also, Nintendo destroyed one of the best games ever in Mario Kart by "wii-ing" all over it and making it crazy multiplayer whacky fun instead of precision powersliding and skill like the original was. I like my games to be fun, just not gimmicky fun.

You could have said that in the first place instead of calling it "a peice of crap", of course you're going to get hate for callling a console that in its own forum.
"piece of crap" was quicker lolGetting a bit touchy cos I insulted the Wii aren't we? I just don't like the control scheme on the Wii and think the 360 has better games. What's wrong with that? I'm not allowed to voice a negative opinion of the Wii on a Wii message board?

So you'd rather sacrifice personal info to save 5 minutes?AlexSaysI thought it'd be easier to ask on here cos it's a small pain to pack the Wii away with all the cables correctly folded up in their respective slots in the box. Anyway, I did set it up again and double check just to be sure :oP
