Dumb move on Nintendos part. This will only deter people from making Nintendo based YouTube content which is basically free advertising for Nintendo. It's not worth the risk right now to put out new Nintendo based content if they are going to be claiming it.

Despite some flaws Operation Raccoon City is actually extremely fun especially Versus modes.
