its not a good idea to sell at the moment however, if you could move and either rent out the current house or keep hold of it until the market picks up, it would be ok.

I am having a roast chicken dinner soon, cant wait lol... the chicken was given to us by this friend who owns a small holding, its HUGE, kind of more like a turkey...
