well, it's been a slow year for me as far as games are concerned, there just don't seem to be that many games coming out at the moment, got to say though a couple have been really good like resident evil 5 (clocked the game 15 times so far,still not bored with it) actually bought a copy of two worlds, not as good as oblivion, but i suppose it will have to do, was really dissapointed in silent hill, mainly cos invert aim only works whilst shooting, fear 2 was an outstanding shooter, not very scary but the weapons and mechanics where really solid apart from that i have been recycling games like UT3,viking,lost planet, farcry 2 and cod 4 just to boost my gamerscore up, it's been dull apart from that, but all that changes on friday when my most anticipated game of the year comes out, the retooling of chronicles of riddick escape from butcher bay, the original in my mind was the best game ever released on the xbox, not too interested in dark athena but it's an added bonus and more acheivment points, i can see things getting really exiting towards the end of the year when ODST comes out, but i have to say as far as exclusives the 360 is looking pretty bad at the MO, i am more interested in next year when we migh (fingers crossed) see some games using cryengine 3, i am also expecting EPIC to counter with unreal 4 engine, maybe we will even see HL2 episode 3 soon as well, apart from that i have been modding my 360 without voiding the warranty, i ripprd the stock fans out of my old premium, attached them to a 12v power supply and built a wooden rig which raises my 360 help hot air dissipate from the bottom i attached the fans to the rig so the exhaust vent on my 360 sits against the fans, which effectively increases the outflow a lot and my 360 falcon runs cool as ice, it's noisy, but i play my 360 hooked up through the stereo with headphones on, so it don't bother me too much, i have to make a special mention about kendrana (i hope i spelt it right) it's nice to see girl gamers jumping into the fray, especially one who apparently likes hard core games, gaming should not be male dominated gameing is for everyone and if enough people jump in, maybe everyone the whole world over will find common ground and the human race may learn to play nicely with each other, forget about football, it's gameing that truly crosses the cultural divide and brings us all together with a common goal, to be good at games and to play lot's of them, gameing is about participating not siiting there watching. any way thats all i have to say peace to the world, and peace and good will to all my fellow gamers, whicher system you own
