Wow...that sounds so boring. Anytime it involves sniping everyone and predictable AI behavior you have a strong contender for stealth GotY in 2015. 3 hours of play to get through a level is like a world record marathon. They should make a very easy mode so it will never take so long. Every bullet should be a kill. Or hey, let's not use weapons at all. We can all be explorers. Ima go get my Indiana Jones hat.
