Banned 360 pirates call and threaten to kill Xbox Live policy director

As you may know, MS has started a new wave of 360 bans and this has angered many pirates. So much so that the pirates actually made threatening calls to the director of Xbox Live's policy enforcement. Resultingly, the respective individual (Stephen Toulouse) stepped into an IRC channel where the problem seemed to start from and pleaded that the threatening calls to him and his family should stop.

You can read the full transcript over at.And it definitely looks like this is legitimate because Stephen Toulouse' Twitter contains the word 'cheesecake' as he was asked to post this on his page as proof it really is him.

very few?? The 360 has over 100 exclusive games (not all sold in the US though,also some may also be on PC). I highlited some of the more well know games.

my gf's got wii and frankly speaking, she is pretty horrible at it, i managed to beat her at brawl even though i have rarely played that game. she always wants to play halo 3 mp but shes HORRIBLE at it....she jumps around if she manages to kil someone...which is kinda rare. she isnt that much interested in the ps3, she just finds it very shiny but loves to watch movies on it *bluray* and hates when i play cod4..."would u stop killing those poor soldiers?!" -.-'

i was thinking about picking up this game but i had played the demo and i didnt really like it since the gameplay wasnt that great...i was wondering if the real game online was better and if it was populated enough?

i just got a xbox 360 (60gb) with halo 3 and i also have 1400 gamers points, and 1 yr xbox live.

i was wondering what games i should get for it other than halo 3, i am thinking about gears of war but i am not sure if it has good online since i am really into online.

i have cod4/orange box/burnout for ps3 so dont want to get it again for 360.

any suggestions would be awesome!

So i recently pre ordered the game and fired it up after a hefty download of 1.6gb.

I installed the game (yesterday), i watched and waited as i read the "Network initilization failed" message go by again and again.

After about 30 minutes , i gave up and decided to boot up my newly arrived 360.

So i woke up today and thought i should give it another try. I stared at the screen mesmerized and amazed as it said "Logging on to the servers", was it finally working? or was that too much to ask? apparently, it was the latter.

I choose one of the Canadian servers and joined a game, after about 4 mintute of loading, it finally took me into the game, which was sadly, unplayable. It was the worst kind of lag i have ever seen, like playing Crysis on a P2 (which is impossible).

So i left the game and decided to give it another try, I decided to join a game with a name of "It works" hoping it would work, but again, this was too much to ask. After about 7 minutes of loading, my screen went black..."um...okay".

Apparently my PS3 was unresponsive, it did not reply to anything i pressed, the first time my ps3 has frozen.

I always thought beta was supposed to be playable and not a piece of garbage which i paid $5 for.
