HI im in HS and I want to go to Davidson in SC. I was wonderingwhat would look good on a college resume
well if thats the case then you must be blockbusters best customer considering very few wii games make it over the stand of 50$ worth[QUOTE="dignity556"][QUOTE="jimkabrhel"]
If I don't feel a game is worth a full purchases, I'll spend $8 and rent it instead. It's all about doing your research first.

At least I can drive there. SMG, Super Paper Mario, Metroid Prime, Okami, all much more than 20 hours due to great replayability. Not to mention the list of RPGs that will be coming out. There's also Mario Kart, The Conduit which do have multiplayer if I wanted such.
As i said before, the wii has about 5 good games.Ok that makes since to want 20 hours of boring gameplay over 300+ hours of online gaming which is far more intense than single player[QUOTE="dignity556"][QUOTE="jimkabrhel"]
You may feel compelled to compare your gaming skills to others constantly, but I don't. I prefer gameplay and often a good story, than counting frags.

It's all about gaming preference. Not everyone enjoys the same thing you do. A good RPG could bring 50-100 hours of game place, a great single player story experience and no online multiplayer.
Exactly, 360 rpgs have this, but the only one that comes close in wii is zelda tp which isnt even an rpg and dosnt last nearly as long as a good 360 rpgAt the price games costs this days yes multiplayer is needed except of course if its a sandbox game but wait a sec how many of those are on the Wii? lol 50$ for a broken game with its 4h single player do worth a buy hee.:|[QUOTE="Syferonik"]

Multiplayer doesn't make a good game. Short games can still be great (GoW, Contra etc).
It's nice to know that so many here don't like the Wii. And the rest of us who play great games on the Wii really do care.

Mad world looks fing stupid and stuff( I would use far worse language if i could) and yes, unless its a game like fallout 3 that has aton of stuff to do for over 50 hours of gameplay, then your going to need multiplayer to back it up. This is why halo, cod series, etc, is so successful. People want to compete with others, not by themselves with no comparison.[QUOTE="dignity556"][QUOTE="jimkabrhel"]
