if you rly want todo that you might aswell inforce that they cant play M rates games unless they are 18+ and cant fake your info w/o penalty of federal law. Oh and exclude parent permission to play those games.

if that even happens (i highly doubt it will) all the filters and the bans in the world wont stop it tbh. plus voice chat cant be monitored w/o costing alot and w/ how many servers there are that will be hard thing todo efficently.

If you know the basics of any TCG (Magic being the best example i can think of) you can get the gist of it rather quickly.

in compairison to the Collusium games and the online battle system in B/W im willing to bet the one they use for this alot more strict. Even if you get the AR codes that allow you to theres probly (not saying there is) a log on how they are aquired somewhere. If someone who acctualy gets a hacked pkm into the event will probly be picked up by the other players as somethings off.
