...Isn't gonna ruin my life. I'm looking for an MMO that can be played casually. I have played a lot of MMO's so I would think of returning to one if I really wanted, but I need some suggestions. Occasionally I will probably be able to do those hardcore instances, but not often.

I won't get Guild Wars though. I already have an account which has been accused of selling in-game items for real money, which I didn't do. Sadly, I don't have the info to get my account back, and I don't want to have to buy the game again.I was thinking of getting Lord of the Rings online, but the graphics look horrible on my computer. But I can get the MoM collecters edition for $10, which is awesome. Then I would probably get DriverDetective which might help the graphics.

I digress. Anyways, What I'm looking for:

- Able to be played casually

- Fast leveling (doesn't have to be beginning to end in a week, but something where I'm not having to grind endlessly for hours to level)

- Balanced classes

- Not PvP focused

Long story short: Looking for MMO I can play casually.

Hey all!

I'm looking for an FPS that has OFFLINE multiplayer VS. mode. It can have co-op, but I'm looking for offline/split-screen VS. mode.

When I had my Xbox, my friend and I LOVED playing Halo 2. We would play it for HOURS. So we're looking for something like that. An FPS that is extremely fun. I was thinking COD4 as I have played it and enjoyed it a lot, but my friend hasn't. Are there any others out there I should be aware of?

My limit is $50. Actually, if you kept it under $30, that would be so great, but I'll be trading in Fallout 3 (it's great, just not for me) and Resistance: FOM (I dunno why, but my friend and I just don't like the vs. mode). Thanks for all help!

Hate to break it to you but there is no such thing as Kingdom Hearts 3.:o Yup, that game is nothing but a myth. Sorry. Resistance is not like Halo and yes you should just skip to R2. R2 online is pretty active, you could still get an 8 player co-op game going, a 30 vs 30, 20 vs 20, 10 vs 10. KillZone 2 is a better game and has better online. You should wait for the 80gb bundle that comes with both Killzone 2 and Metal Gear Solid 4 (you get the two best games on the PS3 for free ;)

I just want to tell you that, in my opinion you should of have better reasons to buy a ps3. You seem like you know nothing about nex gen systems and might be getting into somthing you might not be ready for (and that could cuz you to be disapointed with your PS3). You should check out more games and dont believe everthing you hear, cuz there are alot of ignorant people/fanboys that dont know **** and try to lie and trick you. Be smart, be safe, and good luck. (I really need some sleep)

RTUUMM

I'm not getting it JUST for Kingdom Hearts 3...and if it's a myth...T_T i love that game! Lol sorry...anyways, I'm getting it because it's more reliable, it has more of a balance of games (at least it seems that way), I've always loved Playstation since I got my PS2 4-5 years ago. If there is anything I should know please tell me. I don't wanna get into if I'm gonna hate it, but I highly doubt I will.

One reason I am getting the PS3 is, after doing a little game research on Gamestop's website, I noticed a lot of the big hit titles I thought were exclusives for the 360, such as Assassins Creed, COD series, etc. I noticed were also for the PS3. Plus, the PS3 has blu-ray (save a lot of money), built-in wi-fi (save $100 on the adapter for 360), and it has a few series I love, such as Ratchet and Clank.

I don't mean to sound like I'm in denial, but if KH3 is a myth, what's up with that little ending trailer at the end of KH2?

I'm not talking about co-op, I'm talking about offline vs. mode, like deathmatch, etc.

Good, I heard loading times were extremely painful. Disconnections aren't really bugs, just pains in the butt lol. But i know what you mean. I like to play MMORPGs and d/c can turn the tide of a battle lol.

Games i've been losing my mind over trying to figure out not IF i'm getting them, but WHEN I'm getting them:

MGS4(haven't played any of them, still good to get though?)

LBP

InFamous (probably get this after my first game)

COD 4

COD: WaW

Anyways, I'm considering a lot of games, I just need to figure out when to get them lol. But I can't decide between COD 4 or WaW. Any help? I've played COD 4 with other people offline and it's pretty cool but I've never tried CoD: WaW. I've been a big fan of CoD since CoD 2 so I don't think that I'll have a big problem with either of then, but which one have you (the replier) had more fun with?

Lastly, I think I asked this, but is there just one game that will last me a LONG time?

So I'm really excited because I'm getting the PS3 this friday, and I decided on what game to get...i think. Just need a little help, if you don't mind. I also have some other general questions I couldn't find.

I'm a big lover of the Halo series. At this point you're probably thinking "Then get the friggin' 360!" Two words and one number: Kingdom Hearts 3

Question #1: Anyways, being a big fan of Halo, I saw Resistance: Fall of Man and read it was like the PS3 version of Halo. I was wondering if this is anywhere near true, or if it's COMPLETELY different. I also read that this game doesn't have a great story, and I love getting into the story of a game, so I was wondering if I should just skip this and go to Resistance 2 to get the upgraded version.

Question #2: Playstation Online looks awesome. Because the PS3 has Wi-Fi built in, will i still need the adapter (router? whichever one) to get the connection? I can only imagine so, but if you could still answer this that would be very helpful.

Question #3: Are there any major bugs that I should know about? i.e. bring-you-to-tears loading screens, game freeze-ups, overheating, etc.

Any other games you recommend I could get that will last me a while would be great. Thanks for all help, and I hope to see you soon on PSN!

I need some help with rock band. Though i know this is a PS3 forum, I need for the PS2 version (couldn't find Ps2 forum if there is one)

I was wondering, can you customize band/character in solo tour? I didn't see any store or seem like I'm getting any money from songs.

Hey, I just a forum yesterday for help finding a good MMORPG. Well, I found one, but it's not released yet. so I was hoping some people could help me find a good, small sized f2p or p2p game, 2d or 3d until I can play this game (Wakfu).

I have already played dofus but not really that great, Wakfu is definatly going to be greater.

Games I will definatly not play (no questions please):

Toontown (already tried, only good if you have tons of friends frequently on)

WoW (parents won't allow and a RAM is too much)

CoH/V (would be 3rd time going back lol)

maplestory (not that great)

Runescape (ZOMG THIS GAME SUCKS!!!!!!)
