[QUOTE="dk00111"]Thank you very much for the link/answer man. And I just don't like the DS3 because I feel the analog sticks are poorly placed, not to mention the R2/L2 buttons. I have fairly large hands, and the analog sticks being right next to one another is very uncomfortable for me, and makes it hard to aim. If I try to strafe right, while aiming to the left my thumbs hit each other and get me killed. Not to mention my hands cramp up badly after holding it for too long. It's only a problem (for me particularly) with shooters though. I don't "hate" Playstation controllers, and find them superior for SOME games, such as most fighting games. But I primarily play FPS, and my performance drops significantly when using a DS3 as opposed to a 360 controller, and being a fairly competitive person, that takes a lot of the fun out of it for me, especially online. Np. I can see your reasoning, and each controller has it's pro's and con's for a FPS. To each his own I guess lol.You seem to be in luck. I found this for you: http://forums.modernwarfare247.com/index.php?/topic/10620-changing-ps3-button-layout-to-be-the-same-as-xbox-360/
And why don't you like the analog sticks on the DS3?

I'm in the market for a PS3, and I'm hoping for a Christmas bundle similar to the Black Friday ones. Are there going to be any bundles or deals like Xbox and Wii have going on right now? trippingchrisIf you're in Houston, I've got an extra PS3 Slim I can sell you for $270. (Got it from the Best Buy deal, but I already have one. It's unopened and sealed.)
The same could be said for MGS4. I think MGS4, Uncharted 2, and LBP are the 3 exclusives that have stood out the most from Sony this gen.Uncharted 2 has wowed me unlike any other game ive played.. I can't tell the cutscenes from the real game play.. haha.

I posted a comment on the buzz topic, or whatever it's called. And sent them this message via the send feedback link.
Regarding the "A Grinch's Gift Guide" article found here:
http://customsites.yahoo.com/financiallyfit/finance/article-108318-3394-3-gifts-you-may-want-to-avoid-html?ywaad=ad0035
Kadet states that "Unlike its competitors, which use replaceable AA batteries, the PS3's remote control is glued shut. When the battery goes, Sony customers have to blow $55 on a new controller." This is both misleading, and false. Not only does she make it seem like the PS3's batteries are not rechargeable, she also gives completely inaccurate information, for the PS3's controllers' batteries are indeed replaceable. They can be bought for $5 - $10 online, and can be replaced using a screwdriver.
This article, including a few in the past that have included false or misleading information, have greatly impacted Yahoo's credibility when providing news or advice. News companies have been known for presenting misleading information, but giving completely false facts about a product is absolutely unacceptable.
Where did you find their contact info?I left some nasty feedback for them. I suggest you all do the same.

Uncharted 2 Killzone 2 Metal Gear Solid 4 (awesome character models) Far Cry 2. are just a few that come to mind. verbalfilth
This, just replace Far Cry 2 with the GT5 demo that's coming up. And God of War 3 and GT5 are coming out in 2010.
Edit: Forgot about Heavy Rain in 2010.
[QUOTE="P-vs-P"]I wasn't aware of that...can't believe that I missed that somehow. But yes, that seems a viable theory on an article like this. Of course what they "accidentally" leave out is how many advantages this system has over the Xbox 360; failure rate is lower, the quality of the Blu-Ray player, ability to switch out hard drives with normal 2.5" SATA laptop drives, etc. And let's not forget to put our earplugs in when we are around someone playing a 360. I agree, they bash Vizio for failure rates, but they don't even talk about the RROD.Since Microsoft and Yahoo! are now business partners, this is probably a business strategy. I've been using the same controllers that I've had for 2 years now with no problem whatsoever.
