Mario 3D World should be on your list of games to buy even though you have NSM and NSL. Both of those games pale in comparison to 3D World. I bought it recently, sat down to play, and before I knew it 4 hours had gone by.
The 3D effect on the XL is arguably worse. Or to put a finer point on it, it's got a much smaller sweet spot than the old 3ds.Still, its hard not to love that larger screen.
You list all solid games - except Farcry. That game is horrible. You may want to consider Oblivion too.
