Strum bars are an issue with BOTH Rock Band and Guitar Hero franchises. I had an issue with note misses...several...when I first got my guitar in Rock Band. Sent to customer service...and they sent one out to me. No charge...and I actually ended up keeping the "broken" one. Check the Guitar Hero site or forums to see if they have a similar replacement plan...or just take it back and get another. The store should still honor the waranty on it only after a day.

I am with you on Alpha Protocol looking like crap!!! The premise is interesting...some mechanics are intriguing...but the GAMEPLAY>>>CRAP!!! I have seen several gameplay demos and they all are underwhelming. This from a game that is due out SOON!!!
