Far Cry 2
Far Cry 2, although contains the words 'Far' and 'Cry' within it's title, is nothing like the original, and thats bad...
No one really knows what happened to Jack Carver, the macho oozing Hawaiian shirt wearing tit of a protagonist that graced our screens in the original Far Cry. A man who after having 400 mercenary's shoot at him and him ... Read Full Review

Guilty Gear XX #Reload
Although fighting games still remain a mystery to me, i enjoyed this one a lot and the characters and fighting are great
I've never really seen the appeal of fighting games, people can spend months learning all the moves for their favourite character only to be beaten by some button mashing moron who's frothing at the mouth. Still that sai... Read Full Review

Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2
GRAW 2 has an ok singleplayer with flashes of excelence, but when you get onto multiplayer it falls flat on its face.
Graw 2 is a hi tech mix of the ghost recon gameplay you love or loath, and graphics from a game thats actually considered good... ok let me explain that, Before GRAW, tom clancy's (A name i now shudder when i hear, main... Read Full Review

Virtua Tennis 3
Virtua Tennis is a good tennis simulation, but a lack of online multiplayer leaves little incentive to return to it.
Virtua Tennis is a good game, in fact some would say its a great tennis game. However Tennis has never really been that fun to play on consoles, even when done right. While it seems like a realistic simulation, your esse... Read Full Review

Fallout 3
Fallout 3 is essentially Oblivion with guns and a few gimmicks, however that doesn't prevent it from being a great game.
The future looks bright for Bethseda, however the same can't be said for the dysfunctional humans that occupy the world that is a Postapocalyptic Washington DC. They kick you, cheat you, ask you to do their dirty deeds, ... Read Full Review

The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion
Oblivion is a real time consumer, and a bit buggy, but this doesn't stop it from being one of the best games of the year
Oblivion was always set to be an ambitious game, an expasive role playing game that is open world with a huge selection of quests to complete was never going to be an easy feat, to create or play. However Bethseda Softwo... Read Full Review

Left 4 Dead
Left 4 Dead makes sure that you go out kicking and screaming, and certainly dieing for more.
I've played so many zombie games now that if/when the apocalypse does happen and everyone turns to zombies, i'll know what to do, where to go, who to shoot. I would be a real life version of leon kennedy and chris redfie... Read Full Review

Mario Story
Paper Mario combines the nostalgia of its old platform games with simplified RPG elements to create a true gem of a game
Nintendo really do have an ability to do an old school game like no one else. While everyone else has moved onto polygons, Nintendo comes along with a great game like paper mario and really reminds us that graphics do no... Read Full Review

Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare
Although the great single player is over too quickly, the real gem in Infinity Ward's COD4 is it's stellar Multiplayer.
Call of Duty 4 was always going to be an ambitious game, Infinity Ward was leaving behind the comfort zone of World War II and instead venturing into new territories and risking it all by creating a game based on modern ... Read Full Review

Battlefield: Bad Company
While Battlefield Bad Company lacks an amazing singleplayer, it really shines through when it comes to multiplayer...
Battlefield Bad Company is Dice's first venture with the Battlefield series on the PS3, its also a good first venture, its just a pity some flaws in the game prevent it from reaching an ever elusive ten out of ten score,... Read Full Review

Assassin's Creed
Assassins Creed's intuitive controls and organic surroundings and fun gameplay make Ubisoft's game an instant classic.
When Assassins creed came out it got mixed reviews, Gamespot rated it fairly highly but other review sites such as IGN only gave it a 6.5 due to its repetitive nature, taking a gamble i decided to get the game anyway and... Read Full Review

From the moment you step off the boat into a reinvented liberty city, you know that you are in for a treat...

Heavenly Sword
Although beautiful and has with a few cool features, its repetitive and short game makes heavenly sword a disappointment

Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas
Rainbow six is perhaps the best first person shooter of 2007, sadly overshadowed by its rivals COD 4 and MOH: Airborne
I was never a large fan of Tom Clancy's games; I was easily frustrated that enemies didn't go down as easy as I felt I did. This was also coupled with the completely preposterous, disjointed storyline that some grow to l... Read Full Review

Resident Evil 5 (Collector's Edition)
With a new setting, Capcom attempt to build upon the success of Resident Evil 4, however impossible a task it may be.

Batman Truly does deserve your attention. Not just because it's the "best game to feature a superhero "
