It's not Japan's fault either. I'm not trying to sound insensitive or start controversy, but 86 Billion dollars is only a lot of money in one place. Its great for NIntendo though. To illustrate, there are about 6.5 Billion people in the world. If you have 86 Billion dollars and divided it up evenly amongst the whole world, each person would only get about $13.That's not really much of a handout. Africa's population is about 1 Billion. So if you evenly distributed it throughout Africa, each person would get $86. Better but still not much. About 50 Million people are in South Africa. If you just spread it out there, it certainly gets better. Each person could then get $1,720.00 which is certainly better.......................but then what?
