i started playing games when i was around 4, and found that my skill with games didn't really start to come into its own until i was around 14 or 16

i mean, sure, i was good at games before then - but it was during those years that i really started to get great at games, and could easily devour console games in a matter of hours, that's one of the big reasons i turned to pc games to begin with

some games demand simple dexterity, and the only way to improve that is to play more, but your ability to play many games, especially pc games, is determined by the way in which you think, and how you make decisions - and age is bound to be a central factor

but mostly, it's both dexterity and age

so keep on playing, and have patience
