Front Mission 3

It's official! I've finally played through 1 storyline of Front Mission 3, Emma's. I've racked up a total of 51 hours. This game was excellent! I love the SRPG's and this has been one of my favorites. A bit convoluted on the storyline but nicely done with the network / email system available. You really got to know every character that joined you and everything about every country, city, organization and equipment available due to the vast knowledge the Network gave you. I look forward to a 2nd playthrough on Alisa's story but for the time being I am happy to move on.

Now... what do i play?

Arc the Lad

I've started playing Arc the Lad (for Playstation). I like the strategy elements built into the battle system. There's very little to do outside of battles so far, i'll know more as i dig into it further. currently the story is just getting started so i'm about at that usual rpg time of 3-5 hours :)

Final Fantasy III (cont.)

Okay, that's insane... i lost to the final boss last night. I thought i leveled my jobs high enough but i was definitely shy by a long shot when i got 1 hit killed... Maybe i'm missing something, i'll have to take another swing at the final boss in the coming weeks.

Review Writing Reminder

I've got some heavy review writing to do... this is a reminder to myself which ones i need to complete yet...

Metal Gear Solid

Final Fantasy VII Crisis Core

Jeanne D'Arc

Gurumin: A Monstrous Adventure

F.E.A.R

Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty

Front Mission 3 (Emma Storyline)

Final Fantasy III (DS)

The recent completion of FFVII CC has given me the drive to finally beat FF 3 for the DS. I originally wanted to level every job to 99.... It's taking WAY too long so i've decided for a smaller goal. I've leveled up the jobs that i want to beat the game with and am trudging forward. I'll post more once i've gotten further! Can't wait to see it all come together.

FFVII Crisis Core

I completed this game tonight. I look forward to writing the review but i would like to start on my new game + before beginning it. Great game overall and i enjoyed the real-time action. The wheel actually got a bit annoying to me with the amount of time it took to finish up. the CG scenes and graphics in general were outstanding. I'll lay it all out soon for everyone to read!

Call of Duty WaW

Another great game for the Call of Duty series. I'm glad I picked this one up. I look forward to the hours of fun getting every rank & challenge possible. I'm in the Steam GameSpot Community and am part of the Team Phoenix Gaming Clan. Come check us and CodeBlue sometime!

Kick the Tires and Light some Fires!

Burnout Paradise has come to the PS3 Network! I've heard a lot about it and am grateful that i downloaded it. Such mayhem and blazing speed. I'm not a huge driving game fan but do like a spell of it here and there between all the rpg's that I play. This one is perfect to pick up and drop at anytime. If you haven't checked it out, do so. It's easy to play, fun to watch, and I catch myself chuckling at the massive crashes and outrageous take-downs.

USC vs. Oregon State

I love it! What a game when a losing Oregon State can knock off a 1st ranked USC. Let alone the hype media gives USC. It's refreshing to see it happen. Hope the rest of the season is as exciting as tonight's game.

Classics

I purchases the id Software library from Steam. It's quite the nostalgic feeling while playing Wolfenstein 3D. I remember so many years ago playing the shareware version on old cpu's. To this day I find myself knowing where to go for some of the secrets. Amazing how the memory is still there! I'm trying to play a level a night to keep my GADD (Gaming Attention Deficet Disorder) at ease. I'm not sure what to play next... Quake?, Spear of Destiny?, Doom?, Commander Keen!? I better move on to the next game!
