i agree that bart starr is the best qb in packers history but that shouldn't take anything away from favre's careerKFrandsen2
I think that Favre was better than Starr for one reason and one reason only, Starr was good in his time, but if he had been in Favres time, he would have been killed out there, thats like comparing America to the Spartans or the Romans, good in there time but now they would get killed, so America would be better. He was an exellent QB, in his time, and i personally think he was a good QB and the best of his time, but nowhere near todays standards, just like JackBurton said, i go by skill not acheivments.

LOL! Embarrassing dude, Archie? I'm asking you why right now.

I think he was good because, while the saints didnt do crap back then, and he hadd some of the worst players on his team, he still managed to hold them together and not make a totaly horrible football team or make a team full of jack***es.Plus he's the father of Peyton and Eli. Both superbowl champs, just sayen :)
