Funny you sound like someone I know from IRT. Well anyways check if you have mic boost on and disable it other than that its most likely the headset.

I believe it comes up when the headset is plugged in and can be located in the sound options. But I am not totally sure since I don't use a headset but I know it's there in windows 7 so it should be there in XP.
Okay thanks...i'll be sure to check that out for the next commentary

well i have my second commentary done now and its MW2 but the next game will be a different one.. Thanks for subbing if you do and thanks for the post
I am starting to do video commentarys of my gameplay and while doing these i am using a Turtle beach headset to record my voice.. i have one uploaded to youtube using a turtlebeach X31 and another commentary on my computer while recording with turtlebeach PX21's.. While using these headsets i find when im recording there is alot of feedback like noices that appears to be coming from the mic being to close to my mouth but that is certinly not the case. am i doing somthing else wrong like settings on the mic or something? the mic is definatley atleast 4 inches away or more from my mouth.. could it be because these mics are not meant for this type of thing or what? should i just go out and buy a Computer mic to record my commentarys? please help..
