Game Shopping Madness

Over the last two days, my friend zombiekiller1 and I have been game shopping like crazy. It all started on Tuesday when my friend zombiekiller1 invited me to go with him to Zia. So, we went to Zia and I was hoping to get Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes on Gamecube I saw the last time I came which was a weekend ago. It was only $10 but I was broke at the time. The crappy thing was that they didn't have it this time. I didn't end up getting anything this time but zombiekiller1 did. He got a Stone Temple Pilots CD, a Drowning Pool CD, and Ball Breakers for Playstation. After Zia we went to EB Games and we were browsing around and then the first game I found was

 Wipeout Pure (PSP)

and it was only $9.99 and so I got it. I also found another copy for zombiekiller1. Next, we browsed on to the Xbox (not 360) section and I found like 3 games I wanted already. They are:

True Crime: New York City (Xbox) for only $3.99

Goldeneye: Rouge Agent (Xbox) for only $5.99,  and

Tron 2.0 Killer App (Xbox) for only $4.99.

Zombiekiller1 picked up Midnight Club 2 (Xbox) for only $5.99. The last section we went to was the DS section. I found like 2 games already. I got:

Spider-Man 2 (DS) $6.99  and

Metroid Prime Pinball (DS) for only $11.99.

Then, zombiekiller1 found Ridge Racer for only $9.99 and got it. That was pretty much it for us, so we payed and left. Of course being the crazy ass gamers that we were, we also stopped at Gamecrazy for our last stop. First we browsed around the N64 section and I found a game that I've been wanting but never could find. The game was

Wave Race 64 (N64) and it was only $4.99

and of course I got it. Next, I went to the Gamecube section and I found a game I've been wanting on it and the game was

XGRA: Extreme-G Racing Association (Gamecube)

and it was only $7.99 and I got. Now, I've completed my Extreme G collection. That was pretty much it for me, zombiekiller1 didn't get anything. After that, I payed and we left and then we went to our homes. So, later that night was playing Wave Race 64 pretty much the whole night because I loved this game and I remembered borrowing this from my friend a long time ago and having a blast with it. Anyways, after that I was gonna play XGRA: Extreme-G Racing Association but something weird happend. When I opened the case to get the game, the game wasn't in there. I was like what the hell? I would of gone back but Gamecrazy closed at 9 P.M. and it was already like 11:45 P.M. So, the next morning I called up zombiekiller1 to see if he wanted to chill at my house and play some games and he said sure. I asked him to bring his PSP and some of the games that I own so we could play multiplayer. Then, he came over and next we played some PSP games together. We played Wipeout Pure, Darkstalkers: Chronicles: The Chaos Tower, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories, and of course Mortal Kombat: Unchained. Me and zombiekiller1 played for about an hour and a half. Next, I asked him if we could go to Gamecrazy so they can give me my game I never got and he said sure. We then left to Gamecrazy and then I finally got my game. I ended up buying something while I was there. I bought

Twisted Metal: Head On (PSP)

and I got it for only $14.64. It's one of the PSP games I've been wanting and plus I never owned a Twisted Metal game before because I didn't have a playstation. Zombiekiller1 asked if they had another copy but they didn't. So, he did the next best thing. He checked out the 3 for $10 deal on all old school games and he got Twisted Metal 3 (PS) , Twisted Metal 4 (PS), and some other playstation game. I also checked out the 3 for $10 deal for dreamcast games and boy did I find some good games. I got Shenmue (finally), Centipede, and Army Men: Sarge's Heroes. I also found a cool Street Fighter/Ryu controller for only $10 but it was only for playstation so I told zombiekiller1 to get it and he did. Next, we payed and then left and went to zombiekiller1's house. We played some Wii and I got to create a Mii of myself. Anyways, on the Wii, we played Kid Icarus, Star Soldier, Sonic and the Secret Rings, and a match of Wii Tennis on Wii Sports. Then, we tested out zombiekiller1's new Ryu controller on two playstation games and they were Street Fighter Alpha 3 and Battle Toshinden 2. Two great fighting games on playstation. I asked zombiekiller1 if he wanted to go to the arcade at the Green Valley Ranch and he said sure and so we went. We got there and we were having a blast. Long story, short, we played Dance Dance Revolution, Tekken 4, Artic Thunder, Smashing Drive, House of the Dead 2, Soul Calibur 3, Time Crisis 3, and more. We spent like 2 hours there and then we left. After that we bounced back to my crib. Of course we played some games. We played Fighting Force 64, Fighter's Destiny, and Mario Party. After that, we decided to go to Gamecrazy one last time to see if they had any good games left on the 3 for $10 deal. When we got there, I found 3 of them I already wanted and they were: Ms. Pacman Maze Madness (Dreamcast), Roadsters (Dreamcast), and Aero Wings (Dreamcast). Zombiekiller1 also did the deal and he got Spyro (PS), Spyro 2 (PS), and Army Men: Sarge's Heroes (PS). While the clerk was resurfacing our games we decided to look around some more. I saw this rack that had some hottest games from last year that were 20% off the sticker price and I found

King Of Fighters: Maximum Impact (Xbox)

for only $12.90, original sticker price: $20 and so I got it. Zombiekiller1 also found Robotech: Invasion (PS2), it was pretty cheap too, I just don't remember the price. After that, we went to our homes and that was it.Two days of crazy ass game shopping and fun. It was great.
