I am pretty sure its my network's problem

I have Nat Type 2 and UPnP enabled and I don't know why I am lagging crazy in Bad Company 2, and I don't lag in Red Dead Redemption online.
Help?

The main thing is that it is a western game and I am not sure if I will like it

I currently have skate 2 and Bad Company 2, what game should I get next? I have Red Dead Redemption in mind right now, but I might not like it because its a western game and the trophies are really hard and takes long time to get.

I got the Russian retail and I wanted to change the language on Steam however, I heard that you can only change the text to english but not the sound. The game is full Russian and I only speak English, can someone guide me through this?
