I think the TC works for some statistics company or something. She doesn't post answers and she postsa variety of statisticky-sounding questions that don't match with her profile. Looks fishy to me.
I think PC gaming has been changing drastically over the last few years. It seems that about the only games you see on the PC any more are the really hardcore games (RTS games and Crysis) and the really casual games (Peggle and Nancy Drew). It seems PC gamers are gettign the short end of the stick on games they would normally get the better versions of, such as teh whole Halo series. I think X-Box, and to a larger degree, X-Box 360 have played a big part in taking PC gamers over to the console side. I think this trend will only continue in the future. Consoles are simply more accessible and mainstream than gaming-level PCs. Gaming itself is becoming more mainstream, and the average gamer doesn't want to fiddle with the technical details required to keep their PCs gaming ready, and they certainly don't want to spend the cash to upgrade their system cpu every year.
i'm currently enjoying Dishwasher Dead Samurai on x-box live arcade. it's one of the indie-developed xna titles, and it pkays like a cross between old-school ninja gaiden and cstle crashers. good stuff
