Is Hotel Dusk a good game? I have Phoenix Wright and I enjoyed it, but it got tirng pretty quickly. Is this game anything like Phoenix Wright, and if it is will I get tired of it quickly? Also, what are people's opinions on the Etrian Odyssey games? Is the second game related to the first in anyway? Finally, are any of these games, Hotel Dusk or the Etrian Odysseys, hard to find?

Hullo, recently I've expressed a desire to own a DS Lite because of some game appeal. I'm thinking of buying Phantom of the Hourglass first because I've always enjoyed the Zelda series, and upcoming Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia later on. The World Ends with You also looks interesting, but I have my doubts. The overall presentation appears too pop cultureoriented along with the music. Story is always a plus for myself. Give me feedback, not more recommendations. Thanks.GodsPetFido

First off, concerning Zelda, I have only played the very beginning of it. The controls take just a little getting used to, but you can pick it up quickly and the small portion I played of it was pretty fun. For Castlevania, I have played Dawn of Sorrow and it is an excellent game. It was also my first Castlevania game, but everyone around here still reccomends it. I haven't played Portrait of Ruin though. Now, I just recently got and beat TWEWY and I can tell you that it is amazing. The whole pop culture thing doesn't play into it that much. The music is Japanese pop but it was really good and catchy and I normally don't like pop music. Plus, the story is full of twists and kept me playing the game for hours. The fighting system is also really refreshing and it doesn't get boring too quickly. Overall, I would say that buying a DS is a great choice. I would get Zelda based on its high ratings. Order of Ecclesia will be worth waiting for and you could get the other two games in the mean time. TWEWY is another great choice. Plus, there are so many other great games on the DS that you can't go wrong. I hope this helps you.

i think that square's doin a good job. and they're supporting both handhelds. the psp has a tactics remake and crisis cor. that's enough reason for me to get a psp if i had the money. but the guy above is right. after sakaguchi left we haven't gotten the same amzing games as square used to make. they're still really good, but they're not as good as older square games.
