there are a lot of differences: fullburst has more outfits with it's dlc and it has more missions and better graphic cuz i already have it and i've already finished it but for the PC version it has one lagg and that is the multiplayer but if u want it for xbox 360 or ps3 then i would say you to buy the "Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 Full Burst"
