HL2 Ep1

Just got Half-Life 2 Episode 1 the other day. It was a little short (6 hours my first time through) but I loved every minute of it. Very fun single player experience. I will definately buy episode 2 when it comes out. The Half-Life story is really getting interesting. Can't wait to see what happens next.

Level 21

Just got level 21 today. I am now a Resue Ranger.

May this level be as fun as the last one. :)

Moved

Just moved yesterday (LOTS of work) and got my computer set up and connected to internet.

New house is nice but small.

I am happy to be back.

Formatted yesterday

I formatted my computer yesterday. Tiring work. HATE doing it.

Anyway I got my computer setup the right way after about 5 hours yesterday and I am happy.

skipped 2 levels!

Yesterday I was at level 17 at 90%. Now today I have jumped to level 20 at 20%. Whether this has to do with my promotion yesterday of just my frequent posting lately I wont know.

An Unreal Life.

Unreal. Crazy name aint it? But its the series I have grown up with. From my first encounter in that dark room with the skarjj to my first Eagle Eye in the Goliath Tank, this series has been my life.

The original Unreal freaked me out my first time playing it (was just a wee lad) but got me hooked with the shear atmosphere and beauty that was Na Pali. Took me a couple years to beat it but I enjoyed every minute of it.

Now Unreal Tournament is what jump-started me into the Deathmatch world. The game massivly entertained me on end and ultimately threw me into the online world of gaming. It was my first game of Capture the Flag that got me hooked. Once I got bored of that I went to Assault. Once I was bored of that I played DM and TDM. And once I was bored of that...Well you get the idea.

I never got to play Unreal II or UT2003 because I never got the chance to get a good enough computer for them. But the graphics were revolutionary and simply brilliant.

When I finaly got a GOOD computer (still have the same one) UT2004 was 6 months away. When the demo came out I FINALLY lost interest in UT99. UT2004 blew me away and I bought the full game the day it got to my local walmart. The vehicle warfare is simply awesome and the reincarnation of Assault is perfect. The amount of content this game has is unbeliveable and has thoroughly convinced me to play Unreal Tournament for the rest of my life. Lets hope that UT2007 can surpass UT2004.

I am 14 now and am now apart of The Unreal Tournament Fans Union. http://www.gamespot.com/pages/unions/home.php?union_id=UTFans
