ebay is not a good place to find +7200rpm drives try newegg.com but remember they are expensive

Vista shouldn't cut down GPU memory but you GPU will undoubtedly performe worse than it would using Windows XP.

If your buying a 320mb I would say definatly not but an upgrade to 500w isnt bad get a roswell brand PSU off of newegg.com they are reliable.

you should get 1 single card thats good because sli just combines processing power not memory which is much wasted in a dual setup
