beat halo 3 tonight .. actually .. 4 times ... before we got credit for the achievements .. first time connection error .. so then we started from last checkpoint and the guy that was with us skipped the ending ... then we beat it again and watched the credits but we started from last checkpoint .. finally, we restarted the whole last level and watched the credits .. i'm pretty much done for the night .. a couple ranked matches and i'm off to bed ..

Last night I played Halo 3 for awhile and got to the 7th mission before I stopped for the night ... Tried going to bed a little earlier than normal .. Think somewhere around midnight .. Some of those missions in halo 3 are really short .. some took over an hour to beat .. The visuals are really good .. I've been impressed with it .. The online multiplayer seems pretty cool too .. I'm steadily getting a couple achievements a day so hopefully before too long it'll look like I've actually played the game .. I think I'm going to post a picture I snapped of my first win in lone wolf .. I also had a kill frenzy which means i killed 10 people in a row without dying .. I was a level 9 when I did it .. My gamerscore is at 210/1000 ... My kill/death ratio is at 0.91 in ranked, in player matches I'm 1.62 which i don't think is too bad considering I never played halo 2 much ..

Got my Halo 3 yesterday ... i like it .. I stayed up way too late playing it too .. My brother, Joel and me played the campaign for a bit and finished the third chapter .. The fight scenes are pretty cool ... I played some lone wolf for awhile and got up to a level 10 .. Got some of the atari games I bought yesterday .. None look super cool ... waiting for circus atari to come .. :) and i bought a blackberry .. yippeee ..

well .. no halo 3 tonight ... my brother got his xbox working long enough to play the game so I'll have to wait until tommorow .. Of course I have a busy day tommorow so I'll have to wait until tommorow afternoon or evening .. I didn't play too many games tonight .. A little NES .. Speaking fo NES ... I took some screen shots of some games and it's going on day two and they're still not up .. but I just uploaded some 80x80 gamer pics and they were up within a few hours .. not sure if they aren't going to approve them or what .. they were just screen shots of me playing punch out! ... anyways .. time for bed .. now ..

I'm waiting for my Halo 3 to show up .. It will be here tommorow .. My brother may let me borrow his for the night .. We'll see .. His XBOX went 3 rings so he borrowed my dads which then the DVD drive broke within a couple days of each other .. I have 2 xboxs .. one works for right now .. the other has a bad DVD drive .. I've downloaded a ton of ROMs and stuff for all kinds of old school systems .. My Nintendo collection is over 800 .. I don't count those as my collection though .. Maybe I could .. Who knows .. No shipments came in today .. I need to ship a data migration kit .. I'm going to do that right now .. We'll see what happens with Halo 3 tonight .. I'm pretty sure he'll at least let me play it .. He threatened to take it back home .. Sure hope he's in a great mood and lets me keep it over night ... I threatened to get him drunk and send him home with an empty box .. He wouldn't notice till the next day anyways .. :)

Its Sept 23 .. 2 days until Halo 3 .. Don't remember what I did yesterday .. Think I played some gears and thats about it .. I bought a ton more Atari games ... I know I got alot further in Zelda 2, well prolly not alot further but I'm getting along .. Tonight I played some gears then decided to go through Halo 2 .. to catch up .. Well .. I played for a little while then the disc locked sooo .. I'm done gaming for the night .. Busy week as far as shipments go .. I have 8 packages coming and I'm shipping 1 package tommorow .. I can't wait until Halo 3 shows up .. I got an email from Circuit city saying the respond to some email when i get the game .. Hopefully they shipped it ... I may have to wait a day or two .. that would suck ... Could buy the game local till it showed then take a 5-10$ loss selling back within a couple days .. prolly smarter to just wait .. We'll see what shows up tommorow ..

i also played some Atari ... Casino arrived today .. Kinda a fun game ..

So anyways .. I got on eBay tonight and bought 18 more games! yeah .. I think I only paid about 25 w/ shipping ... I think .. so .. i'll add those to my collection soon .. it's funny I look under my name today and there's another icon .. It says old school cause I have so many old games .. kinda made me laugh .. I think I'm going to maybe pop in some Zelda II before bed .. Yeah, I like to go to bed pissed .. :) Really I shouldn't do that to myself .. I should play something else like, um ... PS2 maybe ? nah ...Oh, so I have a few ataris so I thought I'd hook one upin my bedroom downstairs and my living room upstairs ... Well, Atari is pretty crazy on the 52" .. i love it .. Thats all for today .. Actually had some work so didn't get to game all day ... which is a good thing!

Ok .. I put Zelda 2 back in tonight for the NES ... I freaking hate that game .. but I can play it for awhile then I have to quit ... I finally got the stupid hammer so I can move around the map at least .. I think I'm maybe 20% through the game .. I may play some gears .. maybe .. maybe not .. I need to play the single player on Halo 2 to get ready for Halo 3 next week .. I've never played alot of xbox games .. I never even touched an xbox until I bought my 360 a couple months after it came out .. I use every feature that it has I'm pretty sure .. I use it to stream pics, video, music .. It's my DVD player .. I use it as an extender for my media center PC .. I rent movies from the marketplace .. I own 50 of the arcade games ... I'm an XBOX WHORE ... Halo 3 is not going to help things .. I'm already a gears freak .. I wish I had those 10,000 ranked kills ... I'm around 6,000 .. I wasted alot of time playing player matches .. anyways ... Can't wait for my Atari purchases to show up ... I'm a dig dug champion ... around my house anyways ... On the 360 not sure what my rank is ... I never really go for ranks .. mostly I get the achievements then I play something else .. I should go to bed early tonight ...

Played some NES ..Duck Hunt, Adventures of Link ... Tried using the walkthrough .. Still pissed me off even when I know whats coming up ..

I think thats pretty much it ... I'm wanting to start collecting more Atari and NES stuff .. It's cheap and fun .. I have a cool idea for storing the systems but still being able to play them often .. I'd like to build a shell of a standup arcade game .. I'd put a regular TV facing the user through a hole .. then the system(s) would be stored on shelves below the TV and back a bit .. The controllers would be stored on a flat surface that sticks out from the machine like a normal stand up arcade except there would be a hinged hatch the conroller would pass through with a hole in it for the cord after it is shut .. It would have a flat appearance when shut .. I don't know if I'll have the time or money to mess with it right now but it's kinda an idea I had lately ..
