Hello I wanted to buy a certain PS3 game in ebay. I looked if it exists new and there was one listed as new and factory sealed, however it doesn't have the PS3 tear strip that comes with the european games to confirms it, even thought it's Y folded.
In the description it says that not all games come with the strip and when I asked why the game doesn't have one he said some publishers don't put a tear strip to save money and many games don't come with one and that the game is new. I'm willing to believe him because he has 100% feedback and all other games come with the strip, but I still have my doubts.
Is it true what he is saying? I don't know know much about this.
