you are wrong how can halo have gone downhill after 3 and then back up in reach if reach was the next full game after 3? :| cow logic[QUOTE="mems_1224"][QUOTE="ShadowMoses900"]
I was referring to the future, and sorry but based off of what I have seen of Halo 4 it doesn't look too different. Graphics are improved yes, but gameplay wise it's still jumping around and shooting each other, and the level they showed takes place in a jungle just like Halo 3.
The MP looks the same, the guns look like they shoot the same, just everything but the graphics looks the same. It's like Halo 3 with better graphics basically.
I could be wrong, but as long as you are happy with it then it doesn't matter. I was just expressing MY opinion, which is that the Halo series went downhill with 3, but picked it'self back up with Reach, but now looks like it's going back downhill with 4 and will continue to do so because MS will milk it every year.
I just hope the campaign isn't a joke like Halo 3 was, hope it's not just another "we play the SP once for achievements and just play MP until the next COD comes out".

Umm let's see here, ODST followed by CE Anniversary, then finally Reach. You can say they were spin offs or whatever, but they were still Halo games that people bought, played, and got reviewed by professional and user critics. They were STILL FPS Halo games with the name Halo on the cover.
You have been playing Halo every single year, probably just the MP because the SP in Halo games are usually garbage that people play through once and never touch again. Only CE and Halo 2 had good campaigns, the others were jokes.
How can you speak as if you're some sort of omniscient barometer of the gaming community. You have no idea what people do with their copies of halo. Check my gamertag "ProneB" and you'll see how much time I've put into the campaign. Just because you don't have any interest in the universe of Halo, doesn't mean that that holds true for everyone else. Halo campaigns have a lot of replay value if you care to look for it. And trying to pass of Anniversary as if it is a full blown Halo release is a joke. It's a damn remake of a ten year old game. Did you honestly expect them to change much when this was announced?
I know your disclaimer is that as long as the fans like it you don't care, but for someone that doesn't care, you are spending a lot of time in a Halo thread trying to convince people that they're playing garbage year after year.
