There's little to say. This game is amazing (no where near perfect, mind you--but pretty close). My only real complaint is the friggin' camera is very difficult to control. Other than that, to quote raven_squad; it's full of "graphical tastiness". I'm in the hospital and hoping the game lasts much, much longer.
