Well.... Until they do a patch to fix this problem, It's terrible. And its not gonna change if you say its gonna happen, only until it does.Lair is a Flop on SW and nothing will change that lets get that out of they way..........
it turns out u can disable the motion controls....
so the option is there.....I'm guessing Factor 5 will release a patch that unlocks this option.............so
with all this being said, I would like to know why *you* think reviewers hate the motion control where as there are alot of gamers who own the game or are renting it who like or love the controls........
I think most of the reviewers didn't have the time or chose not to mess with the training mission in the game.......and just tried to play the game......
So far there 2 ways of doing this......
1. Plug in a non sixaxis controller....like Logitech PS3 or another usb stick.....don't know about the 360 stick yet.....
2. another person had his racing wheel plug in as player1 and sixaxis as player 2.....then unplugged the wheel and was able to use the analog sticks for the sixaxis instead........

"The first time I booted up the game I had my Driving Force Pro plugged in and the Six-Axis defaulted to player two. After I switched the Six-Axis back to player one the left analog stick controlled the dragon flying. I am playing the game with the Six-Axis controls because I like them, but I guess theoretically you could trick the game into letting you play with analog. "
"Was this mentioned?
If you use a controller that doesn't support SIXAXIS (like the Logitech controller), the game switches controls to the analog sticks.
So the support is there.""HOLY CRAP! It's true. I just tried it with a USB PC pad..."

these next two quotes are from the same person
"The game does play awesome with standard controls. But you lose certain abilities like doing 180s and such. Stuff that specifically requires motion. "
"Well, after more play (I'm on the 7th stage) I can honestly say this is the best implementation of SixAxis motion controls ever. I'm very, very used to it. And I actually think LAIR is a very good game once you give the controls some time."
